Dear Customer:
Skyline County Water District is pleased to offer a direct
payment program to our customers. Questions regarding electronic
banking procedures, privacy, or security, should be directed
to your financial institution.
Please complete the
enclosed agreement authorizing direct payment of water service
fees and return the agreement to our office at 14944 Skyline
Boulevard. Please include a voided check or copy of a cancelled
check for confirmation of bank routing numbers.
Your water bill will be prepared and mailed on or about the
first day of each month. Any requests, corrections, or adjustments
must reach the District office prior to the tenth day of the
month. The District may omit your electronic transfer from
the list for a particular billing cycle if the request is
made prior to the tenth of the month. All bank drafts will
be posted on or about the fifteenth day of the month. If any
of the dates fall on weekends or holidays, the deadline will
advance to the closest business day.
If your account is not prepared for the debit (i.e. insufficient
funds), your bank will refuse the transaction and a returned
check charge will be added to your total amount due. Repeated
transaction returns may result in your account being removed
from the program. Request for removal from the program and
termination of the agreement must be made in writing. Termination
will be effective two weeks after the District receives the
request.
