In the interest of encouraging the use of private water fixtures that conserve water, Skyline County Water District shall provide rebates to its water customers for their use of “low flow” water fixtures according to the following policy:

To Qualify For Rebate
- Only active customer accounts qualify (Both commercial and Residential)
- Only applies to fixtures purchased and installed after January
1, 1999
- Proof of purchase and installation must be provided (Receipts
and Inspection)
- Account must be paid in full before rebate applied
- Fixtures purchase and installed with new construction excluded
from rebate program
- Determination of customer’s right to rebate shall be
made at the sole discretion of Skyline County Water District
Staff,
and shall be final
